Living in the streets gave Amber plenty of things, including an outraging amount of sass, sarcasm, ability to steal without being caught, and a family-like group of friends. But when she gets carted off (again) to Hogwarts, meets her twin and parents, what will happen?

Violet Dursley was born on the Eighteenth of August 1981; she was the youngest child and only daughter of Vernon and Petunia Dursley, the only sister to Dudley Dursley, and the cousin of Harry Potter. She was born nearly a year after her older brother and older cousin, and about three months before Harry came to live with the Dursleys. Violet, unlike her older brother, was not an unpleasant child, nor overweight, demanding, selfish, ungrateful, insolent, a bully or manipulative... Through the years, Violet discovered her family hated everything and anything not normal. Therefore, she made it her personal mission to be as un-normal as possible. She went through just about every façade possible... She finally got her chance when a certain letter arrived in one of the most strangest ways in the summer holidays after she became eleven. For the longest time Devon Dursley had been told by his father and mother that his cousin Harry was a freak and that's all he'd ever been. This is a Harry Potter Fan-fiction, just so you know. ;) Mercury is a witch, going to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and of course she didn't know until she was 11! After her mother's death by Death Eaters, Mercury is orphaned and sent to live with the Boy Who Lived.

I don't know what else to do when I hear the news, so I run out the door, climb into the car, and drive to my cousin's house. I don't even bother to knock, but just burst in the door. I find my cousin, along with his wife and kids sitting in the front room. His daughter is holding the same letter that arrived at my house just before I left. They all stare at me, and all of them, but my cousin, look frightened. None of them, but him, know me. We haven't kept in touch, even though we grew up in the same house. For one I was a spoiled bully, and he was a well ...was a..., we'll get to that in a second. "Er... Dudley... Are you alright?" My cousin, Harry Potter, asks me. "I - er - it's my daughter. She got one too," I point a shaky hand at the letter his daughter is holding,"She's one of you - she's a...a...a... witch."
