This story is a fantasy story, it has mythical creatures such as, dragons, griffons, etcetera. The main character, Dawn, is a young duskwalker. Duskwalkers are tall slender creatures, they have long feathered wings, and fur of all colors. They usually have horns or antlers on their heads. Dawn has bright red fur, and a set of horns, Antlers and a pair of havoc horns in front. She has unusual black markings, black is a extremely rare color for duskwalkers. Enjoy, sorry I'm a terrible writer, but I'll do my best -keep in mind I'm 11- The cover art is mine, do not steal, also duskwalker on cover is Dawn.

In the shadowy depths of the Veil, a creature named Do'kar prowled. A Duskwalker devoid of humanity, he was driven by an insatiable hunger. His pallid skin stretched over sinewy muscles, and his haunting yellow eyes reflected the remnants of countless consumed souls. For years, Do'kar wandered, feeding on human essence. Each soul consumed brought subtle changes-flickers of emotion and vague memories. Over time, he began to grasp human complexities. Curiosity led him to study his victims' remains, learning about their tools, medicines, and machines. His lair became a workshop filled with human relics, where he taught himself healing and mechanics. Do'kar's journey was one of solitude and discovery, drawing him closer to humanity. One night, as he studied an ancient text, a rift opened, pulling him into a world torn by chaos and fear-the village. Intrigued by a towering castle, Do'kar ventured to Castle Dimitrescu, where he encountered Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters. Surprisingly, they did not see him as a threat but were fascinated by his knowledge of medicine and mechanics. Do'kar formed a bond with the Dimitrescu family, becoming a trusted ally. He helped Lady Dimitrescu with her ailments, repaired the castle's mechanisms, and defended them from lurking horrors. Through these interactions, his humanity grew, experiencing loyalty, friendship, and even love. Do'kar's arrival was no accident. Mother Miranda, the village's enigmatic leader, had orchestrated his journey. She saw in Do'kar the potential to bridge humanity and monstrosity, bringing balance to the chaotic world. Do'kar's story was far from over. With newfound knowledge and bonds, he prepared to face the challenges ahead. In the shadow of Castle Dimitrescu, a Duskwalker once devoid of humanity had found a new purpose, shaping the fate of both worlds.
