Duskwood Episode 10 spoilers! Please don't read if you haven't finished Episode 10 ☺️ Fate is fickle. You never know what it has in store for you or the others around you. You never know when it will hit you, or where it will hit you. That's why when fate came knocking on my doorstep I was sitting at my favorite coffee shop on the corner, reading a murder mystery book. I never expected to hear the ding of my phone and have fate slap me across the face.

so the story is inspired by the game called "Duskwood" and its basically about the MC (main character) being the key to the solution for finding the missing girl Hannah and in the journey MC falls in love with a hacker named Jake. Can MC trust jake cause she's in love with him?or ? if she does is the love and the risk worth it?? PS: i just took the game's plot as the storyline so many things won't be the same.you probably have to play the game to understand a little better :)

A collection of fluffy, romantic JakexMC one shots. Told from Jake's perspective as he experiences the joy of freedom, love and safety with MC. Finding his home after so long on the run. Not explicit in content. Sickeningly sweet, fluffy, and hopeful. Can be read in order or in any order you like. MC isn't named or described to feel more like the game. I will also add my DanxMC one shot to this collection as it doesn't fit anywhere else and it's pure fluff.

(CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE GAME) Matthew has had enough of being unable to physically help his new friends in finding Hannah, so he makes up his mind and prepares to take a trip with one goal in mind: find the culprit by any means necessary.

The story continues after (YN) receives the video from Jake who told her about half of his identity to consider. After learning the truth, she started working with Lilly to find Hannah and help to cover and mislead the government to the possible whereabouts of Jake using the movement Lilly made. In additional, (YN) will discover more than about this case, not just about Hannah but the crimes of the past where she encountered years ago. However, the connection about Jake and (YN) to each other; will they give each other the chance despite the danger they will face and the fact that they are a totally different in terms of their identity? Are their connection is just about the sake of this case and will separate after or they will plan something for themselves? They cannot risk at this moment, but they cannot even stop how they feel for each other. They exchange the compliment of fascination yet one side is denial. If one keeps on denying, it will open an opportunity to someone who developed a real care for (YN). A Duskwood fanfiction. Taking place after chapter 10. Spoiler alert for anyone who hasn't completed chapter 10. It has been eight long days since MC (Lia) has heard anything from Jake and her friends from Duskwood. After so many failed attempts to get in contact with anyone and being completely ignored, Lia decided to go to Duskwood herself to see if everyone was alright. To her shock, she sees that her friends including Jake are having a good time without her. Has everything they said to her been a lie? Has Jake only used her as a tool to find Hannah? Before Lia could find answers to her question, she soon finds herself in the same predicament as Hannah, just that now she has to deal with someone worse than the man without face. Her only hope is Jake, but could she trust him to save her after what she saw? Taking place after chapter 10, Richy is still here, Hannah is part of the group now, Phil is still a flirt and Dan has prepared popcorn for some (obvious) reasons. Written back in May of 2021 (following Ep. 8 of Everbyte's Duskwood), but just publishing now (May of 2022) in anticipation of Ep. 10 -- and hopefully to help others manage the wait:). Synopsis: When Jake learns that MC has been taken by MWAF, his reaction is raw and unbridled. Lilly helps pull him back. *Trigger warning: Describes a panic attack.*

(( LONG HIATUS )) ((This story has potential Duskwood spoilers. Please finish the game before you read the book.)) ((Note that this takes place after the events of the whole game.)) After what...happened in the Ironsplitter Mines, the circle of friends had to take a break. Move on, clear their minds away from the event. Then two months later, they were back again. Two of them were missing, but they stood strong. Then, Y/n (Y/n means "your name", but you can change it to MC if you'd like) had an idea. They planned to go and move to Duskwood.

Kalispell, Montana. Population just over 9,000 and every week that number goes down. The newspapers give no mention of the murders and kidnappings and the towns people don't talk. Only the folk legends that surround its forests and mountains give any insight into what might just be happening. Five friends aren't going to stand by when one of their own goes missing. A mysterious hacker, a text message, and a strange woman named Salem are the only leads they have. When mixing reality with folklore, are the disappearances and murders really so straight forward? Or has death itself come to play?
