Alone and without having contact with Jake and her friends from Duskwood, she tries to continue her life by pretending that she is perfectly fine, but how do you turn the page when you don't know if the love of your life is still alive? If your friends are okay after knowing that one of their friends betrayed them? But just when she thought she was done with being a detective after rescuing Hannah, a mysterious message thanking her for picking up a man named Adam will bring back the detective she wanted to leave behind.

"What's your name girl? Where do you come from eh?" I blinked into oblivion. I knew neither of the answers to these questions. I remember asking my mother what my name was once, followed by a heavy slap. So I thought maybe children only had names in stories, in real life only adults had names. So i said boldly, "I don't have a name, I'm a child" The women looked at me as if I was a frog dancing on a frying pan. "She's Probably a bastard child of some slut" the other woman said with a smug sneer. At that, the first woman laughed. She sounded like the witch from snow white. "You better choose a name in ten minutes or else you'll be left to rot in the streets" ___________ Richy is dead. Jake has disappeared, strange things are happening and i keep crossing paths with my past. Why is fate playing such games with me? ********** Story takes place after episode ten of duskwood. ATTENTION!: This story is many other ideas of what the reunion of Jake and MC (again, with the name of my MC) would be like. You will get used to writing many encounters. Macie decides to leave, worried without hearing any news from Jake. As she begins to pack her things to leave, she receives a mysterious message from Nymos, a photo of the Duskwood sign. Could it have been Jake who sent it to her?

I started to write a fic but it wasn't long enough for a full on story so I've been writing short stories enjoy :)

A Duskwood fanfiction. Taking place after chapter 10. Spoiler alert for anyone who hasn't completed chapter 10. It has been eight long days since MC (Lia) has heard anything from Jake and her friends from Duskwood. After so many failed attempts to get in contact with anyone and being completely ignored, Lia decided to go to Duskwood herself to see if everyone was alright. To her shock, she sees that her friends including Jake are having a good time without her. Has everything they said to her been a lie? Has Jake only used her as a tool to find Hannah? Before Lia could find answers to her question, she soon finds herself in the same predicament as Hannah, just that now she has to deal with someone worse than the man without face. Her only hope is Jake, but could she trust him to save her after what she saw? Taking place after chapter 10, Richy is still here, Hannah is part of the group now, Phil is still a flirt and Dan has prepared popcorn for some (obvious) reasons. Jake x female MC x Phil, romance, crime, drama, humor, first and third POV. New chapters will be added everyday. Duskwood fanfiction. Ana and Jake are used to being friends. It's more convenient, a little less dangerous, and everything like that. But one day, someone otherworldly with arrows, not very good eyesight and/or a peculiar sense of humor intervenes in their fate. VALENTINE'S DAY 2023 SPECIAL.

How did Jake feel in the this Duskwood situation? What he thought when he got he feels something strange to MC. Did you think about it? I tried to show.

Nothing is at it seems. A sister's promise to fix everything and save her family, whatever it takes. Even if it means going up against one of her worst nightmares. Or alternatively, Jake is not who we think he is.

The story continues after (YN) receives the video from Jake who told her about half of his identity to consider. After learning the truth, she started working with Lilly to find Hannah and help to cover and mislead the government to the possible whereabouts of Jake using the movement Lilly made. In additional, (YN) will discover more than about this case, not just about Hannah but the crimes of the past where she encountered years ago. However, the connection about Jake and (YN) to each other; will they give each other the chance despite the danger they will face and the fact that they are a totally different in terms of their identity? Are their connection is just about the sake of this case and will separate after or they will plan something for themselves? They cannot risk at this moment, but they cannot even stop how they feel for each other. They exchange the compliment of fascination yet one side is denial. If one keeps on denying, it will open an opportunity to someone who developed a real care for (YN).
