The particles constantly orbit him like a protective halo, responding to both his conscious thoughts and subconscious survival instincts. Unlike ordinary sand, every grain is incredibly dense and can compress into armor, weapons, barriers, or enormous constructs. (Heavily inspired by Gaara from Naruto) (As always this is a story where Izuku gets overpowered)

Corrupted Nightmare is actually a Babybones, who ends up running away to another Multiverse, when his caretakers are murdered by the 'good guys' of his original multiverse. He then decides to spite his Dream, and honor the memories of those that cared about him, by taking his life into his own hands, and being an actual Babybones. It's easier to make others dance to his tune, if they think that Dream is bullying a Babybones. (Cover by Firehedgehog)
