The story of a sixteen year old going sanely insane in the form of a diary.

A solitary bird sits at the top of a tree & reminisces the past when everything was so serene, so calm and life was as enjoyable as it ever could be. There was no din & bustle of the human destruction, nor the rampaging vehicles, aircrafts and no crackers disturbing their peaceful naps. Human intervention has caused catastrophic effects on the environment subduing even the singing abilities of a cuckoo or a nightingale. The bird hopes against a hope if they will ever stop or at least become a little slow, clamping down their aggressive intents and live and let others live.

Ace and Jack Sterling, twins, lead very different lives. Ace stayed home with their mother and her terrible lovers; Jack ran away, finding himself a part of a drug chain just to have money to keep a modest subsistence. But Ace wants to get away and live with her twin brother because she knows at home, she's as good as dead. When she and her best friend, Summer, hitch a ride on a greyhound bus, they start on a wild hunt for Jack, and their little adventure ends up landing them in the middle of prostitution, drugs, and murder.
