[This is a reimagining/Alternate Universe of the TV show "Bates Motel" on A&E with the addition of two characters: Loretta Massett and Mellie Bates. This is *NOT* canon. However, I am trying to the best of my ability to follow the show's initial plot, the only changes will be due to the new characters.] Four years after moving out with her sixteen-year-old half-sister, Mellie, twenty-two-year-old Loretta Massett decides to give her mother, Norma, a second chance after having received a call saying she's starting her life over. It's not long, however, before Loretta and Mellie realize they've gotten way more than they've bargained for.

Alex and Norma have been married for 3 years, Norman is in PineView and Dylan's still in Seattle with Emma. What happens when a girl with a tragic story finds her way to the motel?

When 17 year old Calleigh Myles moves to White Pine Bay with her dad after having dealt with an obsessive boy, she finally believes everything is normal. Her and her dad moved into the Bates Motel, hopeful to stay there for at least a month and then rent out a house. But as time goes on, she can't help but notice something is off with the motel's owner and her son, Norman Bates. Not only that, the resident's bad-boy and Norman's half brother, Dylan Massett, has her asking even more questions. As they stay in White Pine Bay longer, the more she realizes nothing, or anyone, are as they seem.

Season 3 Episode 6 of Bates Motel redone. Instead of Norma storming off to Portland, she finds herself in a dangerous situation with Alex Romero.

My Alternate Universe of Bates Motel

Sarah Romero known as Alex Romero's daughter is a normal 20 year old adult. She would do anything to protect her dad and her dad would do the same but what Sarah doesn't know is that there's one more guy in her life and he wants to protect her also, his name is Dylan Massett!

Being married to Dylan Massett, being close to the Bates and the motel. That's what Hope Massett's life is.

This is a different version of Bates Motel, starting with Norma right after she has married Sam Bates. The story is better than the description.

Elizabeth Bates was known to be an angel. She was the sunshine that White Pine Bay was desperate for, and Ellie had taken pride in that. Whenever the main concern wasn't Norman, Ellie was loved. Norman Bates is just a regular teenager. His mom Norma is over-protective and smothers Norman. Norman has many complicated relationships in his life, one being with his older half brother, Dylan Massett. Dylan struggles with his own problems and moves in with Norma and Norman after Normans dad suddenly dies. Dylan resorts to following Norma and Norman bringing his fiancé, Anna who fits in more with his own family than he does.

Norma decides that she and her two sons deserve better than to live in fear of her husband, Sam. So she packs up and drives her kids to a nice little town in White Pine Bay. How was she supposed to know that the quaint town would change her life completely? Both for the better and worse.

Alpha Sigma Phi. One of most famous frat houses in the country for it's parties, hazings, and just fun times. Dylan is a small town guy, who barely left his town or ever his house. He find himself is on his first day of collage, joining a frat. What could go wrong?

Set back in the 1900's. Norma Bates is married to a man named Sam Bates who is a captain of the army. She and her two sons fend for themselves for the most part until a certain dark eyed man changes their world. I thought of this idea whilst watching Boy In The Striped Pajamas if that says anything.

Five years after Norman was killed in his own house, Dylan was still haunted by the chain of events that occurred after he moved away from the motel. What happens when his own daughter begins to tell him that she saw Grandma Norma and Uncle Norman?
