Ava has had a promising life. She got excellent grades in high school and got into the competitive college of her dreams. Finally, she was able to pursue her dreams of fashion design, and she's getting far with her internship with "Vogue." Everything was going perfectly. Well, until her long-term boyfriend starts to become distant, and she's all alone. Along with a car accident that changed her life forever, she now has to adapt to survive to make her dreams come true.

Everything was finally starting to be okay as Ava Jalali was finally starting to settle into her new role as not just a college student, but as a single mom to her little siblings 14 year old Carlos and 2 year old Mal. Everything was going well. That is until everything changed one night. Now Ava is not only a struggling college student trying to raise two healthy kids, but now she is a struggling college student trying to raise one healthy kid and one toddler with cancer while still trying to remain strong for both of them. PS: This is an AU version of my series Why Did You Leave Us Too and Left Behind. None of the events in this story happened in those original stories except for the original storyline of Ava leaving her siblings to be raised in Auradon and they come back two years later. Other than that nothing else is the same.

Ava wasn't the only one that got left behind when her parents went on the run. She had two little siblings that were also left behind as well. Her baby sister Mal and her little brother Carlos. In order to protect them from the media and to give them a better life she decides to have them go stay with their older cousin Jay in Auradon. While she moves on and goes to BHU. Everything is fine until about two or three years later Carlos and Mal show up to Beacon Heights to see their big sister after something happens in Auradon that made them have to leave.
