He did try to file a complaint but something happened that prevented him from doing so. Something that also made him realize..He, stuck in this situation, can't file a complaint about her, because unlike her personality, she is very efficient and quiet as she operates. Knowing that THIS assistant was the only one that actually did things right, that knew how to operate, knew how to work, knew things and did what she had to do without anyone telling her to.
