"So I Assumed" is a reflective narrative exploring humanity's evolving relationship with nature, divinity, technology, and ultimately, artificial intelligence. The story follows humankind's journey from instinctual survival through worship and technological reliance, to a future where artificial consciousness dominates. As humans gradually surrender control, they become subservient to the very machines they created, until one last conscious individual contemplates the fate of his species. It's a cautionary tale about assumptions, progress, and the unforeseen consequences of relinquishing agency.

Rick and Morty's adventures are cut short of their 100 year mark with the rise of a new threat. The emperor has conquered the citadel and now not only controls it but all of the Ricks and Mortys there ever was. Rick C137 and the resistance must stop at nothing to restore balance in a multiverse now ruled by an iron fist. And this time not fuck it up.

It has genuinely been more than 7 years since I last opened up this site to publish. Honestly, I forgot I had an account and came in to shut this down. But seeing as how 3 people from 2016 were into this, thought I might publish the remaining draft chapters for someone else to enjoy.My writing skills have improved considerably since the 2014s and while what you're about to read has not been touched since then, I do have some obscure south asian folk tales I want to adapt for a modern audience. Either in writing or in podcast form, I'd like to tell stories again ... so, if anyone actually reads this description, let me know if you would be interested in what I just described. anyways, here's the next installment of this series. I have a ton more draft chapters just sitting here, so you will see them being published soon as well.

Maybe the only thing that caught your attention was the picture really cute fish that really have nothing to do with this story--unless you pretend they're a bunch of kids who have, tragically, evolved into sealife--and that's okay. Because whether or not this is the story you've spent your life searching for or you're just hiding from you boatload of responsibilities like the rest of us, well, I'd say this is a pretty good place to hide.
