She was given the chance to go to a high school like a normal 14-year-old girl but in her 3rd year, it turned into an assassination mission. She was put in E-Class. The class of her target. Yes, she has to assassinate her teacher but him being a genetically created superbeing capibill of destroying the earth before graduation makes it understandable. But one person keeps getting in her way. The student who constantly looks for trouble. Karma Akabane but he soon realizes why he was attracted to this girl and she realizes what she needed in her life. And after tones of fights and misunderstandings she sees what a psycho he really is but that was fine because he's her Pretty Little Psycho.

What happens when a strange kitty assassin is tasked with stalking Kunugigaoka Junior High. However she isn't tasked with stalking any old normal target. Her target has a bounty of ten billion yen on his head. (y/n) will go through any means to carry out this assassination even being apart of the prestigious junior high's E class. What happens when she stumbles upon a mischievous red head who is well known for skipping class. Will the pair get along due to their sadistic tendencies, or will the pair ultimately clash and get nothing done. More importantly how will (y/n) react when meeting her target. After all they are both results of government experiments, will there be a tinge of empathy and compassion. After all people of the same nature or suppose to stick together or will it just be survival of the fittest. Will (Y/n) ultimately be able to carry out this assassination or will Koro-Sensei actually destroy the planet like he said he would.

She dragged her to become one of the E-class attendant, a class for student either who failed to keep their grades up or were misbehave student who breaking school regulation. She thought if she blend with a troubled kid she will feel accepted and found another way to live up her will to cure her illness. But, the things come more acceptable than she imagined. The class, along with the teacher, made her realized that a lot of thing. They're all made her look beyond her expectation. But the question is, could she bear the pain that lay behind? Could she survive from the monster that she had? "You're meddling with troublesome, nosy and imbecile group here. They don't know how to give up on something. And don't ever think for one second that we will give up on you too."
