Meanwhile, Jack invites Ellis, his marine Corp general cousin to be his gunman street level vigintile as Target and Commander of LA Military Corps, alongside with Louis Bear as his Police Chief of LA with a weapon that can transform and switch into different weapons and Alex, Mayor of San Diego as Craneman, helping as well and many more to help them as flocks human soldiers like eagleman. While, Jack is rebuilding Los Angeles after World War 3, he encounter gang of human soldiers flocks who used to be part of Jack's short term superhero team called The flocks, before they joined USA's GHOSTS Chief of station.
