A Waterloo road story

Euphemia (Effie) Kelly is the 3rd child of the Kelly family. Being born into a dysfunctional and problematic family who often moved around Effie has a tough time making friends or opening up to people other than her siblings. Her behaviour is often a issue in the many schools she has attended due to her anger issues and the influence of her older brother Earl. As the Kellys move to Waterloo road things seemingly become more problematic for the Kellys.
