Early days

Detailing the band's early years and early friends, this fic takes on the style of a series of VHS tapes, recorded by Courtney "Love" Cortez, the rhythm guitarist for a friend's up-and-coming girl group, an awkward music-producer hopeful, and one of Sunset Curve's nearest and dearest. She wants nothing more than to be a part of the glow that seems to surround them and their music. Spanning the course of the years up until the band's untimely demise, half of it follows Luke, Alex, Reggie and Bobby in high school back in '95, trailed by Courtney and her best friend Lina. The other half follows the enigmatic ensemble, Rose and the Petal Pushers, fronted by one (1) Rose Molina. DISCLAIMER: I OWN ZERO (0) OF THE JATP CANONICAL CHARACTERS. We all know Thomas point of view but a lot of people have wanted to read from Newt so I decided to wright from Newts point from when Newt came up in the box until they escape the maze than there will be book two and three from Newt. and maybe after I'm done that I will write from Newts life before the maze. I also intend on doing a from there POV from all main characters in the maze runner P.S sorry of my spelling or punctuation is a bit off I suck at spelling

Teresa wasn't the only girl to grace the Glade. Two years before Thomas was pulled from the cage, a girl named Sandy was presented to the boys of The Maze. Sandy wasn't your average girl. She was smart, strong, talented and above all, fast. Before he was the Keeper of the Gate, Gally was once a runner. Minho's second in command, if you will. And once Sandy was selected to become a runner, Gally was her trainer. Gally hated her. She was cocky, snide, always goofing off, never listening, always taking unnecessary risks. As for Sandy, she felt the same. He was arrogant, ignorant, always thinking so highly of himself, always following closely to the rules. And because she was the only girl in the Glade, it always felt like he was trying set the other against her. Always assuming, using the facts he thinks are true but never asking. One day while running their rounds together, they bicker. And their bickering turns into a full-blown fight. As the sun sets and the gate closes, they are trapped in the Maze overnight. After what seems like a night of terror transforms into a close bond. Slowly a friendship is formed between them. They run their rounds in peace now. Gally and Sandy take extra watches, man the cook fires, or garden together of their designated off days. As the days pass and their bond becomes stronger, something close to romance forms. But when disaster strikes, a malfunction in the gate, does this bond set them up for a bigger fall?

'Magneto Was Right' is a bit of an overstatement, but that doesn't mean that there wasn't something to be learned. Magneto has had just about enough of Xavier and his 'students', but when he decides to seek out an overabundance of adamantium, he doesn't find Wolverine.
