Apparently on earth two alternate Henry had decided to use his hyper fixations on science, trying to prove the existence of heaven and hell. the other Lilian ice helped him because she knew the truth, that Zoran would bring about the end of the multiverse if there was no flash to stop him. And, she did not want that blood on her hands. Earth two is the only earth ever where Lilian had meant to create the flash. But because in this universe the flash hasn't become the hero he is always meant to be, people don't have a trust in metahumans, don't have the book of meta, and they fear the end is near simply because of these metahumans. So Henry and the alternate flash plan to change all of that.

During the particle accelerator explosion, Mothra's egg was sitting out there in the water when the particles got absorbed into the egg by the developing larva and when they were absorbed into the larva's body, larva Mothra began to turn into a meta. Team Flash ⚡ found her and took her egg to Star Labs, where Dr. Harrison Wells continuely observed the egg. When the egg hatched and Mothra came out, he fell in love with her and promised that he was going to protect her and take care of her.
