For centuries, two widely-known merfolk clans - the Taiyo and the Akuma - were popular for their warring history and the Akuma's dictatorship, and even in modern times, this unbalance in the underwater world continues to this day. The Taiyo, The Light users, are holding on to a thread of hope in finding the chosen one to help restore peace... ... and eventually, hope arrives on two legs.
