Long story short, he ends up in a world full of mystery, humor, love, & even a dark secret behind it all. This poem is about a daughter from an protective family that keeps her from going outside and discovering life. She is desperate to escape and break free. Society nicknames her a 'mime' because the way she moves in her box and the fact they can't hear what she is saying. All she wants is to escape the box she is in that her family locked her in.

I rush through the woods hearing and sensing the monsters behind me. "They are gaining on me!" I thought. With blazing speed I flip myself over a small wall of stones. All the while throwing a flaming dagger in the direction I thought they were in. Through the bushes I see a faint red glow as the mechanical monster raises up on its hind legs. "Oh shit! I'm screwed." I picked myself up and continued to run only to trip over a rock that I swear is out to get me. The monster, tall in height when on its hind legs was pretty low to the ground when on all fours. Yet it had a misty darkness clouding itself from view and preventing any light from escaping.
