Earthly Stories

This story is about a boy; this boy however has his whole life laid out for him, but he doesn't see it yet. Long story short, he ends up in a world full of mystery, humor, love, & even a dark secret behind it all. Join Jacob on adventure that doesn't seem to real to be true... then again, it is called Earthly for a reason.

(Still in progress of being written) any comments are appreciated Feel the rush of magic as it travels through your arms out your finger tips. I rush through the woods hearing and sensing the monsters behind me. "They are gaining on me!" I thought. With blazing speed I flip myself over a small wall of stones. All the while throwing a flaming dagger in the direction I thought they were in. Through the bushes I see a faint red glow as the mechanical monster raises up on its hind legs. "Oh shit! I'm screwed." I picked myself up and continued to run only to trip over a rock that I swear is out to get me. The monster, tall in height when on its hind legs was pretty low to the ground when on all fours. Yet it had a misty darkness clouding itself from view and preventing any light from escaping.
