She was young and sitting pretty near the top of the police hierarchy. She missed her boss, and the fun that they'd had, but she was too used to losing things. She was trying to move on, but it was hard to not look back. Jerry Adams was lost. Having completed his challenge, he'd tried to think of more ways of fooling and cheating. But he hadn't thought of the consequences. And living with those consequences was going to be hard. Too hard. And with all this comes a new challenge. The werewolves were originally born separately like twins, the human along with their wolf, but the moon goddess took pity and ordered the elders to vote whether they stay that way or merge at the age of 18. The merge was very simple, either the human kills the wolf or vice versa. The defeated side would stay in the subconscious of the other. If the human were to win they can still shift into their wolves, but if the wolf wins they are unable to shift back into their human forms.
