Everything seemed perfect for once in the life of Clare Edwards. She was going to be accepted into Columbia, she was cancer free and she was finally fixing things up with Eli. But life always finds it's way to surprise and Clare Edwards gets the surprise of a lifetime. (Continued from S13 Ep. 40: Thunderstruck 2)

The 2014 class had just graduated from Degrass as they are goning to spend the summer in the best way before going in different directions. Alli, Clare and Jenna realised that this will be thier last time being all together before moving to different universities so they have decided to take a trip to a lake for a hot summer's nights of fun but somthing happens as someone will go missing. Drew is is sad about Dallas leaving for Japan but his luck turns around when a certain somone from his past comes back. Becky is happy to move away from her family and start fresh at a university with Adam her boyfriend but wants to hang out with her best friend Imogen as they explore the city all summer. imogen can't wait to hangout with Becky however she will also make a surprise vist to a girl she loved.

Clare wasn't really sure how it happened. The plan was to take a year to find herself while Eli waited for her. She knew he would wait forever for her. She also knew she didn't want him to wait. He deserved a life just as much as she did. So when that year was up she didn't go back to New York. And now here she is, working as a Journalist for The Los Angeles times, held up in a nice apartment and basically living the dream. If that dream included being alone and barely keeping in touch with her best friends. Was giving everything up really worth it? Will a trip to New York clear everything up? Or will seeing Eli and all his new "friends" just make it more complicated?

It's still Clare's point of view (or P.O.V.) This story is left of at my last story Degrassi: Thunderstruck (Eclare Fanfiction)'s ending. Eli has an two year old son. Clare has a three year old daughter. Neither think they will ever find that one in high school with kids to take care of. What if Eli starts Clare school? Have you ever been on a roller coaster and as you're going up, and up the biggest hill, you close your eyes as tight as possible, not daring to look down. My whole life had been like that. Never looking down because what was on the ground was so small, so tiny compared to this big roller coaster that you're on. Then you reach to top and you plummet down the gargantuan hill. My life in Canada is a never ending hill that I can't get off of. The people I meet are the trees and buildings waiting at the end of the roller coaster, but I can never seem to reach them. Just constantly going down, and down, and down.
