The Allen's have just recently moved to Central City with their two twin sons. Barry Allen, a good student with miraculous grades and a love for science, more specifically the forensic sciences. then theres Sebastian Allen, a mediocre student with a sarcastic attitude, he holds hatred for Barry because of their parents always favouring him the most. what made him even qualified for college was his incredible speed, he thought himself as the fastest kid around so that led to him giving himself the name Savitar from the hindu god of motion. as they are put into the school, both brothers have a very hard time fitting in with the new college especially Sebastian, that was until he was given a study partner to work with on a project to be done by the end of the year, unbeknownst to him, he would start experiencing things he never has before something strange.
