Tokugawa secretly has a son named Nagisa Shiota, he changed the name of his sons last name because of the threat of the Red Devil. He is also dressed frilly and feminine due to his mothers persistence. Though causing tons of bachelors eyeing and confessing their love to the Blue head. All to be denied by him, for his heart does not skip for them. The Shōgun moved his son to Kyoto so he wouldn't be assassinated by the Red Devil. Until the Red Devil and the Beauty of the East meet each other...
