The boy in the woods is about what happened after hallow mind and is my au. It is totally not true and it is a Goldric story. This is just a heart felt story at the beginning about hunter felling safe for once but how will Edric feel knowing he is the golden guard and that he is something that no one alive as ever known much about (other then belos).

Edric is a new student at Hexide college, and he warms up to the place quickly as he usually does. After moving in he meets his roommate, Hunter Wittebane, what could go wrong? Besides not like either of them are aloud to have feelings for one another... but will that stop them? ______________________________________________________. Stumbling upon The Golden Guard hadn't exactly been on Edric's list of top ten things likely to happen while taking a walk in the woods. It certainly wasn't a bad thing though. After getting stood up, Edric was at an all time low with his romantic endeavors. Maybe, if he played his cards right, he could manage to score the night he'd hoped for with the emperor's right hand man himself? (Cover art by me)

So basicly the same as the show but their are two seperate buildings fro high school and middle school, and Emporer Belos is Hunter's dad in this AU. hunter goes to school and is mentally and physically abused. Also bear with my terrible spelling im sorry.

Hunter wasn't home, in fact he wasn't even in his world anymore, he was somewhere extraordinary, somewhere he'd only fantasized about in books. He was where fairy tales went to die and replaced with Grimm tales. He was in hell and he was definitely okay with it. Au where Hunter and Edric switch places with Amity and Luz, Hunter is going to be the human choosing to be in the boiling isles and taken in by Eda, except people at home aren't quite as welcoming as Luz's mom. Edric is Amity, the tight laced boy bursting to break free of his mothers rules and responsibilities. And of course just like Amity and Luz these two fall in love.
