In this alternate universe, after the event series of Dawn of the CROODS, The CROODS is a new animated comedy about one of the world's first people. The Croods and the people of AHHH!!! Valley (including the BROODS, Throgs, Erfs, Horks and Gorts) fear "the New" until their large underground cave is destroyed. Grug (who still remains the leader) loves to protect his family and clan, including his wife, mother-in-law, father-in-law, teenage daughter, son, baby daughter, and one adopted daughter. With his motto being "Fear is in the new," Grug doesn't like change.

I just want to be normal.....too bad I don't always get what I want. On her seventeenth birthday Jamie Anderson gets the suprise of her life. She finds out she has supernatural abilities and she's not the only one. After a "tiny" incident she finds herself in a special goverment facility that wants to help her learn to control her new powers. She gets roomed with a girl who sucks the life out of you literally and befriends a strange shape shifter. Things seem to be going good till she meets Brandon the mysterious guy who never has anything to say but it always seems like he gets whatever he wants, like he has control over anyone he talks to. Jamie is intimedated by this sexy brooding stranger and wants nothing to do with him but when secrets start to rise, surface and friends end up missing the two end up pushed together. When your entire life you've secretly been someone's pawn in a sick and twisted game, what happens when you start to take control?
