When Thane is revived in a similar fashion to the way Cerberus had revived Shepard, he learns that the galaxy is not as he left it. The Reapers are gone, Cerberus is gone, and Shepard has moved on. This Mass Effect fanfiction is post-war and includes the special ending of Mass Effect, FemShep x Vakarian, and light to medium language usage. °° Surprisingly, the only people who died during the run to the Citadel were Javik and Vega. Everyone else on the Normandy crew survived. But, many are badly injured, including Shepard, who had decided to destroy the Reapers but survived the blast. This short story is based directly off a dream I had a while ago, set in the Mass Effect universe. This isn't going to be part of a series of any kind.
