I wrote this book because I've spent years watching intelligent, capable professionals struggle with the same communication challenges over and over again. Not because they're not smart enough. Not because they don't care enough. But because nobody ever taught them the fundamental principles of how communication actually works in groups. They were thrown into teams and told to collaborate. Told to "communicate better." Told to "work together." But nobody explained what that actually means. Nobody gave them a framework for understanding why groups succeed or fail. Nobody taught them that communication isn't just about sending clear messages-it's about constructing social realities together. So they default to trial and error. They rely on instinct. They copy what they've seen other people do, even when those people were doing it wrong. And the cycle continues.

Are you sobbing right now, because once again you haven't finished what you started? Guess what, you are not alone. The good news is: improvement is possible for you: that means that no matter your past patterns, it is never too late to alter them. Although let's face it, the longer you wait the harder it gets. So let's start right now, shall we?

While at training, Feliciano spotted a strange butterfly and decided to follow it... though as the day passed, everybody was worried about Feliciano so they ended up finding him, freaked out and pale white. Then, strange things starts to happen. Red tattoos starts to appear all over his body, coughing out blood, and having violent outbursts, but what's even stranger, dark blood butterflies starts to appear everywhere around the world..... all because of a red butterfly...

sometimes I just write these titleless poems and they don't make much sense and they make me lose my breath, but they're there and I need to share them I just need to.

The Serial Effect. Short for the serial position effect, it's the tendency to remember things in the beginning, and the end, while everything in the middle is forgotten. Like the story. It begins when the girl meets the guy, and ends with either the break-up or make-up. But what about everything else? What about the middle? What about the quiet talks, stolen moments, the pranks, the friends, the bumps in the road, the small moments that make the story theirs. Jassilinn Flinn, or Jas, is starting senior year as nothing more than a shadow. Only intent is to survive until she can graduate and start her life for real. Until [insert semi-cliché meeting here], and she rapidly becomes caught trying to handle a shifting social chain, overzealous girls, family, school, future, and everything that comes with high school. This isn't a story about how the guy gets the girl and they frolic off into the sunset. It's about the guy who finds the strength to let someone in, the girl who never had the courage to take a chance, and what happens when the middle story becomes more important than either the beginning, or the end. (A/N) The Serial Position Effect is a real psychological term, the definition here is loosely translated, but the idea is the same. WARNING, I have no updating schedule because I have lots of school to deal with, along with a part time job, and a variety of other thing. I try to update as often as I can, but sometimes there's not much I can do... Sorry about that. thank you Thank You THANK YOU!
