Before she created Furina, she had to test if she had the power to create it correctly, so she embedded a portion of her power in to an experiment, a doll. Shortly after the creation of the doll, Furina was made, which caused the doll to be discarded. Focalors, believing the doll was weak, decided to let her go instead of sealing her powers, also gifting her a vision as an apology. She was too guilty to kill the doll, so she let the doll wander freely, having to bear the reality of being nothing but an experiment, an 'accident'.

Little summary - Erm so basically in my reincarnation au, Focalors is the president of Fontaine and she married Neuvillette (who is still the chief justice, idk) and then they had Furina, their daughter. After some time, Focalors passed away from an uncurable illness. Years passed, Furina is now an adult (18 years old) which means she can live by herself now. Neuvillette didn't want her to live too far away from their home so he brought an apartment near their house for her. He would often go visit Furina and also greet) her neighbors (oh and one happens to be wrio or rizzly idk how to spell). Neuvillette then started to visit wrio too and they eventually fell in love, he doesn't want to keep this a secret from his daughter so they told her a week after they started dating. Furina doesn't seem to mind, she agreed that perhaps it is time to move on from the past, and she is glad that they are at least honest about it and that her dad aint crying over her mother anymore.

I just changed the name of the Dendro Archon to her original one because, for those who will see this in the futur, this fanfic wasn't posted when 3.0 came out, so it was easy for me to just put Rukkhadevata instead of Kusanali :) As we progressed in game with the Sumeru Archon Quest, I slowly started to accommodate with the names, but I left out a part of the lore, only using an information I need from the last cutscene, but you should still beware of spoilers!!!
