Tubbo and ranboo have a plan, they care about Tommy, just as much as they care for each other, so they form a plan to help him, maybe the plan may change, or improve, but in the long haul, it's to help the people who join the marriage. Billiam tried to bring him back of the dead that's why he used the egg to try and "revive" him, when Sir. Billiam dies his soul is trapped in the egg and he hears about his precious "wife" so he decides to reacauds (?) followers to have him back.
