Congrats! You're Callie's mother! What really happened before Egon fled to Summerville?

Continuation of my baby / pregnancy fic for Egon Spengler x reader. I don't have any specific order I'm going in so I'm going to post them separately! On AO3 & Tumblr I will make a series page for all of them so if you need that sort of organization, my username for both is the same as this one (FandomLovingFreak) Saltines. You get sick of saltines after weeks of eating them and nothing else. In my defense, saltines seem to be the only thing that stays down these days, and I'm already getting up at ungodly hours to empty the contents of my stomach for the whole gang to hear. It's the safest bet to just deal with it and eat my damned saltine crackers.

It starts with a commercial and a familiar voice. "Do you experience feelings of dread in your basement or attic?"

"Shit!" I slam the test on the sink, wanting to more or less chuck it across the room in anguish. Glancing down again, I'm hopeful that the tears have blurred my vision, and only one line has actually appeared. No such luck. The two lines glare at me, continuing to mock me. The next part to my Pregnancy/Baby fic for Egon Spengler! Naming your child shouldn't be this difficult... but when Egon's suggesting names fit for eighty-year-olds and Peter's criticizing every suggestion you make...? It gets frustrating fast! Title is taken from a quote by L.M. Montgomery in her novel Anne's House of Dreams. Montgomery is my all-time inspiration for my writing and continues to be my favorite author from childhood.
