The disease came so quickly; So out of the blue. Everything Dylan knew was destroyed and the world was turned upside down. The CDC controls everything. They've made the world barren, lonely. Day by day, Dylan and her younger sister, Grace, run for their lives. They're constantly in fear of being taken by the CDC. But soon, their problems worsen. The CDC has lost control and all the diseased-stricken people are set free, able to spread the sickness further like wild fire. Dylan has to decide if her own survival is worth more than the world's.

In a facility hidden somewhere far from human sight, scientists and doctors are experimenting to bring the dead back to life. Eight was the first ever successful experiment, she was a little girl called Isabelle, who died at the age of nine. A few years later, all experiments are sent to socialize for the first time ever by enrolling into a school but this trip reveals the hidden secrets of the elders in the facility. Secrets that should've been left unknown.
