We all LOVED (and for me cried) when reading all 5 (plus the bonus book) of the Selection series! So many people have done things that happen to America and Maxen, Illea's favorite couple. But, I have not seen many done with Eadlyn and Eikko! (Erik) This fan made story starts with their wedding, leading on to lots of Selection sparkle! I am keeping this story pretty clean so it is appropriate for younger audiences. So, pretty much everything I will credit to the queen herself, Kiera Cass!

Her grandparents found love this way, her parents found love this way. Will Kerttu find love the same or has she found love outside the selection? She is known to be adored by the people, the people felt like she understood them since she went behind her mother's back and went to college. The overall reception of fifth and final book in the selection series has been less than satisfactory. Many would say this is due to it feeling rushed and I dare say the majority of Selectioners felt Eadlyn ended up with the wrong person. In this alternate ending which jumps in right after Hale leaves in Chapter 29 but right before she goes to propose to Kile, Eadlyn gets a visit from her mother that sets her thoughts on a course she realizes she should have been on all along.

Eikko and Eadlyn, the couple no one expected, not even them. With Ahren overseas, Kaden distracted, and a new aunt, Eadlyn's world just got turned upside down-and maybe spun a few times too. At least she still has Osten's pranks and Neena's care. And, even though she hasn't had it for long, her Eikko's love. Eadlyn and the rest of her patchwork family dodge new obstacles- Marid's plots, the country's emotions, old doubts- all while her and Eikko's relationship begins to blossom. ________________ No one knows what happened moments after that fateful Report. So, indulge my imagination by following along as I lay out the events that follow. This does not exactly follow the 2nd epilogue, but I like it just the same.

I can't believe I'm actually doing this. I'm running... My breath hitches as I make my way through the woods. Who knew that a normal morning on my small but compfy sofa, with my typical glass of orange juice would lead to this...All I can remember in this dim light, as the woods shelter me from the sun is... A broadcast. A dream. A map. A name. A boy.. My worries and problems, were all left behind the moment I decided to take life as it is and leave. Was it right to trust my instincts, to forget the rest of this world and leave to a faraway place, isolated from the noise of streets and cars.
