The Wardens were created a long time ago, afterwards their power was channeled through that of the Dominants, people chosen to wield the power of the Eikons, of the Wardens themselves. Eli grew up all his life as a ward for Archduke Elwin Rosfield of Rosaria, growing up alongside his son Clive, and the fairy lady Jill. Marie was always a slave to the Ironblood, her whole life she was been forced to use her Eikon's power to restore the fighting spirit and morale of the Ironblood. After a tragedy takes place at Phoenix Gate, Eli and Marie's lives become intertwined and woven together, especially when Eli meets with two faces he never thought he would see again..........

After 20 years of extended copyright laws, 2019 welcomed the first new works into the public domain. This includes everything published in 1923. That means - like a real artist - you can steal to your heart's content. In celebration of these hundreds of new works, I thought it'd be fun to take the 1923 H.P Lovecraft short story What The Moon Brings and substitute just enough words to make it romantic instead of deeply unsettling. A man who saved his beloved realm from its fate woke up in another world.
