The erosion has come to haunt Ei and Yae is promoted from being her eternal servant to eternal caretaker. Yae does not mind it. If she is willing to swear her life to be her servant, she can do the same as her caretaker and friend. Yae takes care of a retired Ei in their shared home away from the city. The two immortals try to sort their feelings about erosion, mortality and romance.
