Kaelith has been caught in 'the blight', with a un-removable mask on her face, Kaelith cannot leave without being recognised by Amaranthas minions, haunting every inch of the Spring border. So, Kaelith Virelan must wait until Tamlin finds a human lover , with a hatred in her heart for faeries who would kill a fae, preferably one of his men, in cold blood. And then voluntarily go to live with Tamlin in the Spring Court, and eventually get her to fall in love with him. If Tamlin doesn't find a candidate, the curse will be permanent and Kaelith will be trapped forever. -

This story is about what would have happened if amarantha had never taken over prythian and if rhys and feyre had had a chance to court each other properly in the human lands

This an Elucien fanfic that is also available on Ao3 - The war is won and the fae are still reeling, but what of the humans that were displaced as their homes became battlefields? Where did they go?
