Elain Archeron is faced with a tough reality after the war with the King of Hybern. She was torn away from her home and from the man she thought was her one true love. Now she must battle the life of a living not only as a fae, but also a seer. Azriel, the bat-winged fae, used to keep her company over those long challenging days in Velaris. However, after the Winter Solstice everything changed. Additionally, Elain's mind can't help but think about Lucien the one male who calls himself her mate. On the quest of following her destiny Elain must face decision after decision which will completely change the course of her future. This is my version of the sixth book in the acotar series and it's written from Elains pov. It's a love triangle between Elain, Lucien and Azriel and as os right now I don't know who Elain is going to end up with.

Elain has always led her life from the sidelines. She's longed for Azriel from a distance since the first moment they'd met, but never had the courage to act on it. When she starts having violent visions- visions from the cauldron- of Azriel hurting her, she starts to lose touch with her own reality. He becomes seemingly more interested as she becomes petrified of her own prophetic dreams. Azriel would never hurt her... would he?

"Are you going to stay there the whole time?" Alex dared to ask, his form resembling Suriel in the shadows, as if he were a bogeyman. Elain and Lucien are traveling through the Mortal Lands to Jurian and Vassa's Manor and stop in her old village for supplies. Before they leave, Elain spots Graysen and gets the closure she never knew she truly needed.
