They help the undead to have a better afterlife, and teach the public about ethical necromancy. When necessary, they will exorcise truly malicious spirits and punish unethical necromancers. ... At least this is how they present to general public. Asphodel Foundation also has a deep connection with otherworldly creatures that dragonkind shouldn't know about.
