Izuku Mortem also known as Izuku Yagi, son of All Might and Telek, and twin to Izumi Yagi, was believed to be quirkless until he found out at the age of 14 and it was too late now he holds the gods of dragons.

After much neglect and bullying from his so-called "family and friends," a quirkless Izuku finds himself in the hands of the LOV(League of Villains) as a new test subject. Will he be able to escape?
