When Evangeline experiences strong emotions she explodes, literally. Evangeline's curse is the most desired weapon in Elethoria as the war rages on. This is exactly why she fled through a portal to earth when she got the first chance. She's been on the run ever since, constantly escaping from the ones who only want to use her. But the longer she spends trying to build a life on earth, the more she realises that she never can. The slightest hint of a strong emotion, particularly anger, and Evangeline begins to glow. Once her skin is alight there's no stopping the flames that come after the spark. (This was originally for a contest on Hexbound. Now I'm working on the full story based on this one.)

He was falling then they were both falling. Astrid was so close to killing Thorne but then he used the last of his energy to trap the both of them in the time stream. Now stuck in the time stream he forces Astrid to rely on him once again. She’s compelled to make yet another deal with him, one that she might end up regretting even more than the first. THIS IS THE SEQUEL TO BETWEEN THE WILLOW TREES

Astrid’s childhood imaginary friend is real and he wants to help her save her parents who are destined to die on 1st December 2013. Something’s not quite right though and soon Astrid is thrown into a whole new world of adventure. (This is the story I wrote for NaNoWriMo. It’s a first draft and I've posted it here in its beautifully unedited form, so expect to see many mistakes!)
