The Walk-em Down Wheeler's don't panic. At least that's what Mike liked to tell himself, until he was in Dustin's closet a party. Drunk with his best friend Will, all because of a stupid dare. Not just a stupid dare, a stupid double-dog dare. This was serious, life or death. The only problem, or the main problem, is the closet was a lot smaller than he remembered. Or maybe it was the alcohol? When the door clicked shut behind him and the music faded, Mike realized two things: 1. Dustin was going to pay for this. And 2... Mike's panic was rising.

Disclaimer and note: Hi! I have decided to rewrite and finish the story I started in 2023. It is a Stranger Things fic set in the Spider-Man universe and a slight retelling of the animated Spider-Verse movies. I also hope to post this on AO3 once I get invited. For those who have read the original version, the main difference between this version and the old version is the POV. This story is told in third person rather than first person. After defeating the Upside Down in 1987 everyone decides to go their own separate ways. Years later as the Upside Down gates are open again, everyone is called back to Hawkins to help closing the gate again. ~ I kind of took inspiration from the movie 'IT' from 2019 about the general idea, otherwise the plot and storyline are mine. As well as the cover, I also did myself with the use of images from google.
