Hello everyone! This story is a remake of Stranger things, but a love twist between Eleven and Max. I also ended up wanting to write some of the story where the gap is in season 2, when it states time-line but doesn't show the scenes. You know, where Eleven closes the door, but then it just cuts to when they go to the dance some time later. I felt like it would make the story more lively! I hope you enjoy. 😊

{ON HOLD} Max is part of an art group at Hawkins High. The group only includes Will and herself. Jane is a new student and is lost but she spots a very pretty ginger girl painting in blue overalls and a white top, splashes of paint all over clothes and face.

Will she be able to win her heart, while still keeping their lives out of harm? Will the people find out? What would Mike, her newly-wedded husband, and Lucas, Max's husband think of this forbidden love? You know these babies, sexualities not included because the only thing relevant to the story is that Max and Eleven both like girls. <3

Oh and yes Mike knows how to play guitar here because his actor does and I thought it would be a cute addition to the whole story. [Takes place in S3.] Eleven never really knew what she liked, she spent basically her whole life controlled by others and what they thought was good for her. But that changes when Max decides to show her that Eleven can choose for herself.

The characters here are not 100% true to their canon personalities or how you'd expect. They have more insecurities and are more internal than verbal. These are my versions of these characters they are not gonna be perfect versions that look like they're written by the duffers themselves, this is essentially me projecting my own writing and stories onto my favorite characters and ships. If you dislike it don't read, I haven't written publicly in like 2 years so please don't expect perfection, honestly.
