This story takes place 20 years later after Elio and Oliver had their encounter at the university In England which Elio is now in Paris and Oliver stays in England as a liberal arts professor married with two children But Elio regrets leaving Oliver in England with no explanation after months go by and decides to come back to visit after Oliver contacts him to invite him to his son's Bat Mitzvah to talk to him again but what will happen between them seeing each other Will Elio suffer more heartbreak or rebuild what they lost?

On the other hand, Oliver is in the United States and will shortly be preparing to marry by obligation. Life continues without stopping until one day the phone rings at the Perlman house, a call that can change their lives forever ... Will fate reunite them or will they never meet again ..?
