Tsukasa Eishi, a.k.a Peach's ultimate crush, is the First Seat of Totsuki Elite Ten Council, everyone knows him as the best cook in the Academy, and is always busy perfecting his cooking and the work forced upon him as the first seat that's why he never once replied.
