This is like my other collection of oneshots but this one is for Madam Secretary. I've never written a Madam Secretary FanFiction before but one will soon be posted for you. These OneShots are all mine except for the ones that are labeled.

While Elizabeth and the kids are watching Henry's speech, they see him blown off the stage by a bomb. Who placed the bomb? Why'd they place the bomb? Was Henry the target or was Putin the target?
