Kryptonian's eyes change colour depending on the individual's emotions. Alex goes through her memories to realize when Kara's eyes change colour.

It doesn't look like her. Her eyes are sunken, her cheeks are pale, her body looked rigid. Wires and tubes sprouted from every which direction, connected to machines that beeped and clacked loudly with a constant stream of blinking lights. Her skin was void of all colour; pale and chalky, and the white hospital gown clashed horribly against her normally pink skin. The colour was harsh and cold. It was all wrong. Kara was warm, and gentle. She was bubbly, and full of life. This wasn't Kara. This was just an empty shell that barely resembled her.

Lena and Kara have to run away from CADMUS and they end up kissing. Shows the progression of their relationship and what happens after the kiss. ;)

As a teenager Alex Danvers had a one-night stand, which ended in an unplanned pregnancy, the father wanted nothing to do with alex and the baby. When giving birth Eliza made the decision to take the child away and erase alex's memory 13 years later mother and daughter meet obviously without knowing that they are mother and daughter, the girl has a past full of pain and suffering but with the help of her family will be able to get ahead.

What if Kara was pregnant? What if she asked Alex and Maggie for help when she was about to leave? Would they stay together?

In this story Kara is human, and is admitted to hospital after a terrible house fire, where her parents unfortunately died in so now she is alone. Kara is only 2 years old.
