Based on season One of TVD... Four months after the tragic car accident that killed their parents, 17-year-old Elena and Ellie Gilbert and their 15-year-old brother, Jeremy, are still adjusting to their new reality. Ellie and Elena have always been star students: beautiful, popular, and involved with their friends and school. But now they're finding themselves struggling to hide their grief, especially Ellie. After all, it's her fault they died. Ellie and Elena manage to find some sort of comfort in their familiar social circle. Ellie's best friend, Bonnie; her twin, Elena; and frenemy Caroline become close as they deal with it together. But Jeremy is on a dangerous path, hanging out with the stoners and using drugs to hide his pain. As the first day of high school begins, Ellie and her friends are fascinated by the handsome and mysterious new student, Stefan Salvatore. Ellie and Stefan are immediately drawn together, although Ellie is puzzled by Stefan's increasingly bizarre behaviour when he suddenly appears at the cemetery where her parents are buried. What Ellie doesn't know is that Stefan is hiding a big secret, a secret that could turn deadly for her and her friends. During a party the next night, Ellie and Stefan are getting to know one another when trouble erupts after Vicki is attacked. Fearing he knows who's responsible, Stefan arrives home to find his older brother, Damon, whom he hasn't seen for 15 years. Damon begins to understand why Stefan came home in the first place: Ellie and Elena. They appear to be the same women Stefan fell in love with more than a century ago. How these two vampire brothers, one good and one bad, are at war for Ellie and Elena's souls and the souls of their friends, family, and all the residents of Mystic Falls, Virginia. Based on season Four of TVD... It began with the acknowledgement that everything for Ellie Gilbert has changed. She's in transition into a vampire. Into something she never wanted to be. Stefan and Damon are torn even further apart over how to help Ellie adjust to a life she never wanted. On top of that, everyone has to cope with the chaos Alaric created when he outed the vampires and their supporters to the Mystic Falls Council and local church leaders. Despite everything that has happened to them, Elena, Ellie, and their friends enter into the final stretch of high school before graduation sends them off on different paths, they feel the bond to their home town of Mystic Falls take on a deeper meaning when a new mysterious villain is introduced who seems intent on destroying it. Stefan isn't too happy when he finds out whose blood it was that turned Ellie into a vampire... Damon and Elena grow close. Despite being vampires, Stefan and Ellie work together to help her control her thirst, and she admits she still loves him. And he wants to find her the cure to turn her back into a human. What will season 4 bring? New hunters, an immortal doppelgänger. But Stefan and Ellie's relationship gets tested when they learn Ellie's sired to Stefan... Stefan and Damon head off to New Orleans to find some answers, but do they find the answers he wanted...?

Based on season Five of TVD... It begins with a sense of hope for Elena. After a very passionate summer with Damon, Ellie becomes unaware of Stefan's whereabouts but suddenly starts having weird dreams of him, but she isn't the only one. Elena and Ellie head to Whitmore College with Caroline, not knowing that Bonnie had sacrificed her life in order to resurrect Jeremy. Bonnie's friends fought to bring her back to life as the anchor to the other side. Stefan had a face-off with his immortal doppelgänger, Silas. And the newly human Katherine struggled with mortality and motherhood. Stefan's relationship with Ellie is put to the test when Enzo, an old vampire friend from Damon's past, reveals he's still alive and looking for some revenge. Stefan, Ellie, and Caroline's friendship deepened as they stood up to the Traveler's, a nomadic witch tribe led by the ruthless Markos, who are driven to strip Mystic Falls of magic and cast out all of its supernatural residents. Finally, having lost their town and fearing losing their loved ones on the imploding other side. Ellie makes the decision that she wasn't leaving Stefan on the other side. She wanted him back, and she was willing to do whatever it took to get him back. But things never go to plan, and Ellie loses the most two important people in her life. Can they work together to save their home...?
