Eva was never the popular type - in fact, she was just that one person in the corner that nobody noticed. Literally. The only times she was noticed was when there was someone who had a problem with her so they just wanted to complain about it. The only person who did notice her for other reasons was her twin sister, Grace. Of course, Grace's name represented everything about her! She was graceful, pretty, kind - sort of, and, of course, popular. Basically, Grace was the opposite of Eva. Everything was going smoothly until something happens in California - where they live - something huge. It's not like a disaster or anything, but there's a new kid in school, and let's just say that he's every bit of trouble you could ever imagine.

Ariana Carson has always been a day dreamer. She always gets into trouble, not on purpose. She tries hard to get straight A's, but it doesn't work-- but when a gorgeous plot twist named Logan Waters suddenly appears at Evergreen High, Ariana's story is about to be completely rewritten. "What was beautiful?" I asked. "The quote you just said, did you make it up?" He responded. I blushed. "Well, yes, I just made it up on the spot." I answered his question. He smiled at me. "You know, we've been conversing for quite a while now, but I still don't know your name." He said. He looked as if he had just realized that. I giggled nervously. "Oh, yes. I'm Ariana Carson. You're Logan Waters, right?" I asked, just to make sure. He nodded.
