The year is 4E 98. The Mane - the spiritual leader of the Khajiit - was assassinated, and an imposter rules over Elsweyr in his stead. The Twin Moons have mysteriously vanished from the sky, and chaos ensues throughout all of Elsweyr in the wake of the consequences. Caught up in the heart of the trouble is a group of Khajiit orphan children of various forms who know the truth behind the assassination, but are framed as accomplices to the murder of the Mane's brother, and hunted across Elsweyr. These Khajiit must work together, and reunite their people to have any hope of finding a way to bring back the moons and end the tyrant's rule over Elsweyr, but their quest will ultimately take them far from their homeland in their search for answers - and allies.

During the year 4E 188, Dah'eo, a Khajiit Assassin who would find his way into the shadowy group of assassins known as the Dark Brotherhood is put into the test by his old shady job as a hitman for the notorious Skooma Trafficking gang known as the Eclipse.
