I became curious, as I heard the sound of hoofs. I rarely meet someone, in this part of the woods, but if I do, there is usually one person, not as many as I was hearing. I stayed on the top of the oak tree, and hid behind the ambush of leaves. I thought right, on a nerby path, a packs of elves rode past. I followed them with my eyes, then scutter after them. It was such a foolish act, I know, but at the time I was young, and concerned, so much, that I wasn't careful enough, and I had been shot. Start reading, if you want to find out, what happened next, with me, the young elleth, after getting to the Great Palace and mainly, how I got to know the fabulous prince of Mirkwood, young Thranduil. Some of the characters belong to J.R.R. Tolkien.

She woke up in the hospital with dreams of flames and fell voices. She had no memory of where she belonged. He had been alone for centuries; his heart was taken from him. He was left to raise his son and closed off himself and his kingdom to keep those he loved safe. Was she really gone? Could they find their way back home to each other?

Urnuithil lives with her big brother, Gwaendir, who left with king Thranduil's guard to help some elf find shelter after the War of the Last Alliance. As she was walking in the forest, one night, she had an surprising encounter with the Elvenking. Urnuithil thought the Elvenking was cold and heartless, but she discovered that it was all a facade.
