The Elvenking who's heart has softened for you. "No man is to speak down to me, no woman is think of me the same. We are not the same, you walk the sun and I do not. You speak to your subjects but to me as The Queen that I am, I demand your respect! Simple, If i can't find my way back home I will take this land and the King. I will show your enemies true fear." You are a creature of habit a conqueror. (I just like Camilla's design so I used her as the cover)

The Elven King Thranduil has always been known as an elf that shows little affection, always portrayed as cold. But on the inside, he has always felt a hole in his heart ever since his wife died ages ago. Only a few of the older elves recall a time when Thranduil would openly laugh or smile, long before the incident that claimed the love of his life. Since then, Thranduil has been highly wary of anyone entering Mirkwood where he rules. Bilbo Baggins of Bag End had always assumed adventure would be something magical, until he is separated from Thorin and the others, having become lost in the frenzy. Delirious from his injuries and with vague amnesia, Bilbo passes out in Mirkwood, fairly close to Thranduil's Palace. Before he succumbs to his injuries, he is saved by a group of elves on a patrol. While Bilbo is recovering, Thranduil becomes oddly close to the little Hobbit, treating him to something akin to a child. Slowly, as the days pass, the King of the Elves feels the gaping hole in his heart beginning to close. (Note: I got all of my information on The Hobbit solely by watching the films. I apologize if I get any information regarding the characters wrong. I'm still very new to the fandom as a whole.)

Having sent his son to join the Fellowship of the Ring, Thranduil's limits are tested. His kingdom and lineage is threatened. Barely able to speak of his wife's death and now exposing his son to a similar fate, the agony emanates from his eyes to Elenya, a Silvan elf who has known the king since his return to Greenwood since the war of the Woodland Realm with the Kingdom of Angmar. Her radiating friendship, having grown into a dearest affection, alleviates his unrest, until again, the White gems of Lasgalen end up stolen. Elenya pleads her king to let her retrieve them. An act of friendship, as she states, only does she hope that the retrieval of the stones will finally open her king's eyes to her. The affection between them could bloom into much more, but his resistance to another is still too strong. Little does she know that the thief of the stones, a black-haired God who bears the name Loki, grows rather interested in her, and is more than willing to claim his price. In her absence, Thranduil at last admits what Elenya means to him, and departs to retrieve her. Will Elenya continue to fight for Thranduil, or fall prey to his enemy, the God of Mischief on Asgard? Thranduil and Loki - OC This is a crossover between Lord of the Rings and Marvel, and is inspired by both in the creation of this new story. It will contain romance, angst, slight violence, smut and deal with grief. I do not own the rights of the cover.

This is where young Lúthien's story continues, after experiencing a traumatic experience she finds herself running for the Great Elven King's gates not long before jumping off the bridge that connects the Mirkwood forest to the Thranduil's palace. For thousands of year, since The First Age, Faeryn never left king Thranduil's side. She was his healer, his greatest and only friend. She had seen many, but felt much more how time changes a person, how it changed Thranduil. And so, she wouldn't leave him, not for a thousand years, not even for a million. She would stay, like what she had promised the king. Healing a broken heart wouldn't be easy. Healing the Elven King's broken heart was easier said than done. But Faeryn was the best healer of Woodland Realm after all. Is there anything she cannot do?

The story begins at Rivendell and continues at Mirkwood with the events after the battle of the five armies. This is the story of Vivien, a she-elf, daughter of Elrond. When she was young, death greeted her, but did not take her away. Through medicine, spells and other forms of magic she was saved. But it changed her, making her capable of unexplainable abilities. Throughout her life Vivien has been looking for answers from other elves, places and books. Her journey has brought her closer to the truth, as well as closer to King Thranduil's heart.
