This shortstory is an extract out of my first fantasy book called "The Clockwork of the Evil", released only in german („Das Uhrwerk des Bösen"). It's about four different friends - a dwarf, two elves and a human - on a journey through a dark and deep forest named Fallboern [Fallburn]. A collection of poems I wrote about LotR... Written from the perspective of the characters.

Haldir is an elf, at only 995 years old. He meets a younger elf, Braigeth, who is only 987 years old. She is a warrior, but one with nature. Her beauty is fair beyond many elves, as many of them fancy her. Haldir has not come to find love like most elves have, but as Braigeth appears in his life more, his love for the elf starts to grow. For many years they love each other, but the battle at Helm's Deep may not only end his life. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I used a character from GOT (I'm not old enough to watch it, but I would if I could) because she looked kind of elvish. Also this story takes part in the earier days of middle-earth because in LOTR Haldir is 6000 so Galadriel isn't incredibly old. I'll probably delete this soon
