This is the tale of a seventeen year old girl who was orphaned at a young age. Free spirited, stubborn and witty, Rosa takes the journey of a lifetime after deciding to run away from the orphanage where she grew up. Attempting to set out on her own, things get a little bit complicated, especially when she barely escapes the clutches of the Velvet Swan. By chance, she meets a handsome young man, Don Diego de la Vega, who ends up being a lot more than he lets others see. Rosa tries to hide her past from everyone, but when el Zorro comes into the picture, she lets him get more involved than she wanted. Will Rosa ever get to live the life she has always dreamed of, or will the Velvet Swan come back and ruin everything? Author's Note: So, I'm writing this to honor the best Zorro ever, Guy Williams! Siempre se ha hablado de 'El Zorro', ése mítico espadachín, leyenda del pueblo mexicano. Sin embargo, ¿qué pasaría si debajo del antifaz se ocultara, en vez de un hombre, una mujer? Romance entre Elena y Cordelia (El Zorro). El personaje de Elena está basado en Elena de la Vega, de las películas de 'El Zorro', por tanto, no es de mi autoría (aunque la historia sí lo es). Cuando Diego de la Vega llega a California junto a su amigo Bernardo su viejo hogar,y cuando había recibido una carta de su hermana diciendo qué habían arrestado a buenas personas, e incluso que les han estado ayudando a las personas pobres dejándoles comida una persona de nombre "la daga negra" y aparte que ella se hizo amiga de una chica que se mudó desde México y una noche cuando diego salva a los prisioneros no lo hizo solo lo hizo con ayuda su nueva aliada pero ella no lo toma como un compañero. ¿Que pasará en esta gran aventura?, ¿Diego sabrá quien es la daga negra?.
