Taylor Lynch was emancipated from her parents more than ten years ago after fate had something different planned for her. She has had to work harder to prove herself in her chosen career path of being a police officer. She's always wanted to do more than just be an officer so when the opportunity to join the SWAT team in her hometown, she debates rather she should take it or not. If she does, she will be in close contact with her father from day to day as he was the commander of the SWAT team. When Cooper Williams first learns of their new trainee, Taylor Lynch, would be wet behind the ears so the team could mold him into who they wanted to be as part of the team. Imagine his surprise when Commander Anderson enters the training room with a very attractive woman following behind him and being introduced as Taylor Lynch. Taylor has to work hard to prove that she belongs with the guys and doesn't want anyone to know that she is the commander's emancipated daughter and has to show that she is in no way, shape or form, some little daisy that cannot hold her own. She is not the easiest person to show her emotions but what happens when Cooper is accused of the breaking and entering of the wall she has built around her?

We live in a society that is frantically trying to define how men and women should live and interact together. We work together, study together and play together. Yet the more we pursue mutuality, the more relationship between men and women become elusive, fragile and tense. Hostility keeps rearing its ugly head like a menacing cobra. Sexual harassment is a hot button. But what we are trying to find eludes us. In fact, warring between the sexes seems to be more intense, more aggressive and more hostile than ever before... OUR ORIGIN: OUR CHOICE? A feminist view on tradition, religion and generic issues comes in a rhetorical question. It takes a look at feminism and the place of the woman in the scheme of life in the past and present. It gives suggestions on how to balance the differences between women and men for a better world.

The concept of freedom or liberation doesn't make any sense if we can't be free(or can't escape the harsh truth of life, death). We humans are not aware of divination and what comes after death. So, we can't just disclose the facts as complicated, chronological, and idiosyncratic as "Freedom" or "Independence" Since divination violates emancipation, if we believe in the latter, that means we do not trust divination. That also symbolizes the fact that we are disputing against divination, which includes death bridging the gap when a life meets life. Thereby, being negligent of the fact how omnipotent "death" is, we happen to blur our vision, accept the lies, and tend to mingle lies with truth: the concept of emancipation and mere escapism.
